We stay at Distinction Hotel a few times each year as it is very conveniently located near my parents retirement village. It is nice and the rooms are good and spacious but they are rather tired. However the staff are lovely and we always have a nice experience staying.

Even though the property looks old on the outside and main hallways the rooms are actually amazing size wise and very clean I pre judged this place and wish I didn’t the staff are what makes this place shine they are amazing!!!

This time we didn’t have breakfasts but in the past we’ve stayed and enjoyed breakfasts with a great variety of foods. The hotel is very conveniently located near Foxbridge Retirement home where my parents reside. We stay quite regularly and find it very close and convenient.

The room was good. The hairdryer was too hot and could not be adjusted. The restaurant food I had was good but limited selection. The bed was comfortable and there were sufficient blankets etc.

Always love staying when we come over. I used to work in the Restraurant as a PM supervisor about 14/15yrs ago when it was Kingsgate Hotel so am very familiar with finding my way around and using the facilities. A bit like home away from home if you will. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys and gals!

Quite a dark venue. Our only disappointment was that the TV. No channel 1/2/3 No Netflix No chrome cast. An update to the TVs would be great.

The breakfast was great lots to choose from, great parking we ended up having 2 cars and wasn’t an issue! Super comfy beds. Overall a great stay.
